Add **-er** to the adjectives


OR add **-ier** if the adjective ends with a consonant + y


OR add **more** before the adjective if it has more than one syllable.


OR double the last letter if the adjective is one syllable and ends in a C-V-C pattern, then add **-er** (except when the final consonant is **w**).


Some exceptions include: **bad – good – far**
