Refund Policy


Thank you for purchasing courses and e-books from Yasserha. We value your trust and want to ensure transparency in our sales process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.


1. Courses (Online Learning)

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests may be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Completion Restriction: A refund will only be granted if you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Access Revocation: Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.


2. E-books (Digital Products)

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital content, all e-book purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Incorrect Purchase: If you experience issues with downloading or receiving the correct file, please contact us and we will provide assistance or a replacement.


3. Printed Books (if applicable)

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is unused, in its original condition, and returned at your own expense.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, product name, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The course has been substantially completed.

  • The e-book has already been downloaded or accessed.

  • The product was purchased during a final sale/promotion explicitly marked as “non-refundable.”
